Jenny worked hard to helps us prepare the house for market. It had been a rental for years and needed some work, most of which I was able to handle. But she pitched in at a few key moments, and staged the property to make it look great. It made the whole process that much easier. Can't recommend her enough.

Jenny helped me with the sale of house that was part of a trust I was managing. The property was on the Oregon coast and I live in the east coast so I had concerns about the sale process. Jenny went out of her way, and above the typical scope of a realtor, to help with this sale. I didn't even have to ask. Her ability to understand the needs of the situation and solve the problems in a thorough and timely manner were impressive. From start to end, she was on point and delivered a sale with minimal stress at a very good price.

We had a big decision ahead of us to move out of state and we decided to spend an entire day with Jenny looking at homes in the Salem, OR area. Jenny was very kind and empathetic to our obvious anxiety about such a major move and spent her entire afternoon showing us several homes with potential. We ended up deciding against the move (as it came with two big career changes as well), but Jenny never the less continued showing her professionalism and good nature by keeping up with our journey and just showing genuine caring what what we were going through. I highly recommend Jenny to anyone in the area looking to purchase a home because I know she’ll not only look out for your unique interests but do it without adding stress to the process!

Jenny did an excellent job not only for my wife and myself but also for our extended family. She helped all of us for several sales and purchases. That is why we (our extended family) always go back to her. In our last purchase we had serious questions regarding Salem's laws and restrictions concerning riparian areas regarding the stream that flows through our prospective property. She was able to visit city offices and quickly explained what we needed to know. She also has a wealth of contacts when we needed repairs done or help in getting our home ready.
I would recommend her to any one seeking to sell or buy a home or property. She always goes above and beyond your expectations.
