Jenny Overstreet

Jenny Overstreet started her career in residential real estate at the top. Jenny worked and learned from a top producer at The Woodlands office of Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty. It was a privilege to learn that way. She was able to participate in large, complicated transactions ranging from land sales to multi-million-dollar homes. It was fantastic preparation and taught her to be organized and pay attention to details.

Jenny brings a solid, successful, 20-year background in sales to her career in residential real estate. Her time in sales taught her the importance of negotiating a transaction correctly to help ensure a positive closing at the end of the line.

A confident self-starter and driven achiever, Jenny takes pride in representing her clients well and providing exceptional service. She enjoys the challenge presented by each transaction – and each one challenges her in a different way. At the end of the day, however, it is all about that big smile when a buyer sees what she knew would be the perfect house or when she brings a seller a great offer for their home.

After many years of living in The Woodlands, Jenny, her husband, and three children live in Montgomery. She is a past member of The Junior League of North Harris and South Montgomery Counties and she and her two daughters are members of the Montgomery Chapter National Charity League. Jenny finds time to help with her son’s baseball team and the Montgomery High School Cheer booster, and volunteers weekly at Montgomery High School.

Leisure time for Jenny means time with her family, especially when they are all together at their second home in Crystal Beach, and traveling with her family and friends when her busy schedule permits.
