What can I tell you about my Jenny. And yes, no typo there, “my Jenny.”

Jenny reached out when we went off market. From the call I could tell she knew what she was talking about. So we took a chance. We worked hard, she told us what we had to do, gave us a timeline , and we went to to work. She checked in with us along the way and when we were ready, she was ready!

I‘d encourage you to read her bio on Baird & Warner because I can check off each bullet point. On time - all the time ✔️, knowledgeable ✔️, brutally honest ✔️, committed to you ✔️, A+++ follow up, follow through and communication ✔️detail oriented . What I would add to this list is her compassion, she wants the best for you as if she’s buying or selling for herself. I’d add patience, because oooo she needed patience to deal with the abundance of questions and I’d add realist. She will listen and understand but she will also give you the big picture. Pros and cons. And if you are new to selling or buying, this is the kind of person you want on your side. Someone you can trust to have your best interest at all times.

Jenny has become family, she will always have a special place in our hearts, she has been our strength through the stress of selling and buying. Always there. Always the voice of reason.

Oh and I can not go without mentioning her resources, you need a guy/girl for handywork, lawyer, inspection or lender, she has them!

Don’t look any further! You’ve found your person!
