Having bought and sold 6 properties myself in the last decade, my familiarity with the varying markets, requirements to optimize a home when selling and purchasing a home for the right price and terms is familiar (to say the least).

I believe the role a Realtor plays goes well beyond the transaction. For home sellers, this means providing professional resources and general know-how about preparing and optimizing a home. I've worked with home sellers for years before we list and sell their home. The same is true for home buyers. Some sales happen quickly and others take time to establish credit, remove debt or establish required working history.
