About Jeremy
Jeremy Avera is a Senior Vice President at CSA Realty. His core responsibilities include executing lease and sale transactions, analyzing trends in the Austin market, sourcing investment opportunities, and business development.
He has now been in the commercial real estate business since 2012 and has represented the owners of several notable properties in or around downtown. Jeremy has also worked with several local and national tenants to help them with their commercial real estate goals.
Jeremy is a native Texan and grew up in Wichita Falls, TX. While at UT, he was a member of Silver Spurs and Kappa Alpha.
In Jeremy’s spare time he enjoys Austin’s live music scene, rooting on the Longhorns , and outdoor activities – particularly rock climbing, golf and tennis.
