Jeremy Brown helped us purchase our home 3 years ago and was so kind to show my husband properties whenever it was most convenient for his schedule. He was patient, understanding, and very knowledgeable. When we finally found the perfect home to meet our needs, he helped us through the entire process. Recently, we decided to return to our home state of NC and listed our home with Jeremy. He made sure we had exceptional, professional photographs to market our home, did an in depth comps comparison so we could list our home at the correct price, and it sold in just 5 days! This is my second round with Jeremy. I purchased an investment property two years ago with his assistance and sold a property July 12, 2021 with his assistance. We were so impressed with the service we received from Jeremy! He was very organized and knowledgeable and he let us take as long as we needed looking at properties, even though we later discovered it was his wife’s birthday!! We were unfamiliar with the area so he even showed us around town and scheduled time for us to eat lunch at a local restaurant to really get the feel of the area. We had our kids and dog with us and he was patient and understanding with all of the extra time it took. Jeremy is easy to contact and and promt in returning calls or finding answers to questions we had. Jeremy Brown did a fantastic job of marketing and selling our condo at Schweitzer Mountain Resort. We appreciated his calm, organized, experienced approach. He was always available to help us address issues that came up requiring trips up the mountain to our property, either to meet with a contractor for repairs or, in some cases, checking to see that everything was done correctly, which he did with no hesitation.
