We worked with Jeremy on buying a home in Santa Cruz in 2020, and he was fantastic. He helped us find the right property, negotiate a great price and then take everything through closing seamlessly. And, best of all, he was available with advice and guidance even after the close (which is a level of service we've never received before.) Jeremy really handled the sale of my property with so much professionalism. It was a complicated listing involving two parties and a court appointed referee. Despite the obstacles the property sold in a extremely timely matter and Jeremy came up with solutions to multiple problems to satisfy all the parties. His knowledge and experience and willingness to go the extra mile made the whole process so much better than I had ever hoped it could be. Thank you for your expert handling of the sale! The last year and half has been a bit challenging for our family and Jeremy was a huge part of us getting through it. We met Jeremy at an open house early in our search to find a new home after 17 years in our old one. From that point on he was incredibly helpful, answering any questions we had and helping us understand the legal changes in the real estate market. He did this even when it was of no direct benefit to him, other than offering us excellent customer service! After a year of many ups and downs we were finally able to sell our old home (working with a realtor we contracted with before meeting Jeremy), and Jeremy was able to find and negotiate the purchase of our new home. He even baked us the most spectacular cookies and brought treats for our dogs!! We cannot say enough about all the help he has given us! We would highly, HIGHLY recommend Jeremy Duterte!!!!

I view Jeremy as a kind of miracle worker, closing an escrow in under a month! He was hosting the very first open house I visited. It felt completely right. However, I needed a home within a month and it would be two weeks before the inheritance money would be available. When it was released, Jeremy swiftly took me through the application process in one evening, complete with special letter to the seller. Three days later, she said yes! Jeremy was amazingly supportive throughout the entire process. He finally helped me wrap my brain around being a home owner, as he handed me the keys. "What are you?" I am a homer owner". Say it again. "I am a home owner." Jeremy is knowledgable, local and caring. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
