Jeremy is very friendly and had found some very good listings that matched what we were looking for. We came in from out of town and really appreciated him picking us up from the hotel and driving us to each property. He provided really good advice that helped us lock into a contract for the home we really wanted. There were some minor obstacles we had to go through during the process and Jeremy was helpful in navigating us through them. He also referred us to an excellent mortgage lender that resulted in a smooth process for securing financing the home.

I used Jeremy to buy my first house. I was very stressed out going into the process but Jeremy made everything easy. We were constantly going to look at houses and he seemed to always have time for me even though I was not looking for that expensive of a house. Jeremy is a great guy and a very good real estate agent. I highly recommend and will use again if the time comes. UPDATE: Only bad thing I have to say is Get you're own inspector. The inspector he provided missed A LOT on the house i bought that an inspector should have found. If he would have gone in the attic above my garage he would have found a world of problems (aluminum wire everywhere when he told me it was copper, junctions without boxes, huge hole in my firewall and the entire area was a rats nest.) (I also failed to make sure he did that which is why I am not blaming Jeremy for this.)

When you go see a property he will point out things you didn’t even know to look for, knows how and why they are there and if he doesn’t he looks it up and gets back to you. I contacted Jeremy looking to buy my first income property in the area because a trusted friend highly recommended him. I was using my VA loan and had some very specific requirements and wants. I liked working with Jeremy from the first time we spoke. He was both warm and professional and he really did hustle for me. In only a few short weeks, he managed to find me EXACTLY the type of property I was looking for at a competitive price. I am convinced that without his deep knowledge of the local real estate market, his decades of experience and the positive relationships he’s built, this purchase never would have happened for me. Even after closing, Jeremy has been a valuable source of advice and knowledge for me. I am not easy to please, but I cannot recommend Jeremy more highly. If I even think about buying more property in Hampton Roads, Jeremy’s number will be the first one I call.

Jeremy is amazing!! It was my fiancé and I's first time buying a home, and Jeremy was there from the beginning to the end with outstanding knowledge, and professionalism. We looked at 4 houses the first weekend of starting the home buying process. Jeremy gave his honest reviews of the first few houses that I thought I liked. He gave his opinions which I am SO glad he did because the last house we looked at was our dream house. We put in the offer that day, AND it got accepted later that same day. Jeremy was recommended to us by our two good friends who used him in the purchase of their new home. So when we made the decision to relocate in September of 2018, we picked up the phone and made an appointment with him to begin looking at houses.
Our one hitch: we knew we weren't able to make any moves until the late Spring or Summer of 2019. That was a non-negotiable.
Found one right away that we fell in love with and sadly, that one did not work out. We were on a one year timeline of being able to relocate; there was no way that house was going to wait that long for us.
Came down in mid-April and found another house; since we were doing this long distance, Jeremy arranged for the home inspection and did all of the paperwork in a wonderfully timely manner. We had questions and he responded in the same day we posed our wonderings. He was spot on with his knowledge of the area and was so professional in all of his dealings with us.
Furthermore, Jeremy is so personable; he understands what it is that you want and he only gives you his thoughts if you ask.
If you want to entrust your hopes and dreams for the perfect house for you, there isn't any need to look further than Jeremy. He will work tirelessly for you!

Jeremy is an amazing agent. My wife and I met him many years ago when looking for our first house while I was in the military.
