Jeremy Katz

Jeremy Katz graduated from Towson University and currently holds a North Carolina broker’s license and a certified general real estate appraisal license. Along with his wife and two daughters, he moved to Mooresville from New York when his wife accepted a transfer at MSC’s co-headquarters in Davidson.

Jeremy spent 10 years with JPMorgan Chase on their commercial term lending team valuing multi-family mixed-use, retail, industrial, office and special purpose properties in the NYC metro area.
His experience in banking, real estate appraisal, credit, and lending, personal investment and community service is the foundation on which Jeremy serves the region as a real estate professional.

As a dedicated community servant, Jeremy was honored as Distinguished Rotarian of the year at Top of The Lake and is currently the Service Projects Chair. Other contributions for the Town of Mooresville include the Citizens Academy, Capital Improvement Project Committee, Community-Based Housing Strategy Pilot Program, Mooresville Veterans Celebration Planning Committee. Jeremy also attended the Institute of Political Leadership held by the Statesville and Lake Norman Chambers of Commerce.
