Jeremy Kloter was raised in the Tampa Bay area. He started his career in real estate after serving in the United States Marine Corps. Honesty, integrity, and commitment make up his work ethic. Jeremy is co-owner of Out Fast Realty & Investments which specializes in working with investors to find them off-market, discounted properties for fix and flips or buy and holds. These deals never reach the typical MLS and he currently has agents operating in 3 counties. He also hosts one of the meetings for the Tampa Bay Real Estate Investing Association which is the largest REIA in Tampa Bay. His business partner in the brokerage is also a co-owner of TBREIA.
