Jeremy is one of 6 agents I interviewed to sale my house. I picked him because of his ability to help me get the most for my investment, he saw the potential. He worked with me and helped me prioritize my home improvements to maximize my profits. He is knowledgeable and was able to help me find qualified professionals to help me along the way. He is very hands on and available, he returns calls in an appropriate time. I am so happy I chose Jeremy as a first time seller I appreciate all of his patience. He was right on point with pricing my home, he is also trustworthy and honest ... you won't regret choosing him, but you might regret not.

We were so glad Jeremy was able to help us with the sale of daughter's home. He has a wealth of market knowledge and he came to the table with a great strategy to sell the home. His expertise and understanding of the market conditions allows him to make very sound recommendations. He is very easy to consult with and brings a certain calmness to a situation that can be very stressful. A great example of his his expertise in our situation, he was not happy with the original appraisal that came in without comps in the neighborhood (there were many at the time). He simply worked with the bank and submitted 3 legitimate recent comps to show the current market value of the home. The bank agreed reviewed those and adjusted it accordingly so the sale went through. This is someone that has your best interest. He has been the best realtor I have worked with in my many home sales.

Jeremy really came through for us. We were in a multiple bid situation, and Jeremy’s experience and advice got us our house. He always got us quick showings, and was extremely responsive and patient with our requests and questions. We were also able to take advantage of his contacts with contractors and craftsmen on the renovation we had planned for our home. Before finding Jeremy, our home search with a large, well-known company was difficult and frustrating. We started believing our agent felt that our modest price range was beneath him, and it was obvious he had no regard for our best interests. Jeremy valued us, our needs and our happiness.
