About Jeremy

e, I know what makes our city special. Born and raised on the near west side and southwest suburbs of Cleveland, I have been fortunate enough to witness the growth and blossoming of our fair city into what I always thought it could be. When I was ready to buy my first home as a young entrepreneur, I knew I wanted to live in the city, so I bought a fixer upper in Cleveland’s Historic Ohio City neighborhood in 2007. My love and appreciation for all that Clevelnd was and could be grew deeper, living in what was still an up and coming neighborhood at the time. I built my business in those early years selling cool condos and lofts Downtown, historic homes in Ohio City and fixer uppers on the west side. As my business grew, I began to earn the trust of more friends,family, repeat clients and their referrals. Since then, my business has continued to grow and expanded to serve all of Cuyahoga County, parts of Lorain, Medina and Lake Counties.
Beginning my career as a licensed agent in 2009, I learned the business during the leanest years in the Cleveland Real Estate market. The habits and skills learned then have served my clients well during down years and also during the longest and strongest sellers market we have ever seen in Northeast Ohio.
Helping open two offices and growing our company's footprint downtown and the near west side, I have watched our small Brokerage grow into the Number One Office and brokerage in Northeast Ohio in homes Sold, and sales volume.Just as our local office has grown so has Keller Williams International. When I’m not at the office, touring properties or meeting with new clients, I’m likely spending time watching Cleveland Sports, “Golfing”, (and I use that term loosely) shopping at The West Side Market and preparing meals for and with my wife Amanda and our son Henry and enjoying all that our city has to offer.
