Jeremy Pape is broker/owner of CRT, Realtors®. He began his real estate career in 2003, and became a founding partner of HER, Realtors® in 2009, where he received multiple real estate awards and Top 10 honors in closed units, success rate and relocation conversions. Jeremy opened CRT, Realtors® in 2015, now has three offices in Gahanna, Buckeye Lake, and Westerville. In 2020, the brokerage achieved over 135 million dollars in sales.
He currently serves on the Columbus REALTORS® Board of Directors, is chair of the Columbus and Central Ohio Multiple Listing Service (MLS) Board of Directors, and is a member of the Broker Advisory Council, Grievance Committee and the Young Professionals Network (YPN). He served on the 2019 CEO Search Committee, holds the Certified Real Estate Mentor (CREM) designation and is a current member of the Independent Brokers Association. Jeremy is also a recipient of numerous awards including Columbus REALTORS® Lifetime Achievement Award, Broker of the Year 2020, CORPAC Golden R, CORPAC Honor Society, and the Prestige Award (formerly the 25 Million Dollar Sales Award). In addition, he has earned Ohio REALTORS® (OAR) Tomorrow’s Leaders of Today Award, Gahanna Best Business Award, and the Gahanna Chamber of Commerce Rising Star Business Award.
For the past five years, Jeremy has served as captain of CRT’s Peloton team, raising over $65,000 for cancer research through Pelotonia rides and his company’s annual charity golf scramble. He has also authored a children’s book and supports several school activities and the USO Toy Drive. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Ohio University, was an officer in the U.S. Air Force, and is a C-130 pilot. He is a graduate of the following military programs: C-130 Tactical Airlift School, U.S. Air Force Pilot Training, U.S. Air Force Officer Training, and the U.S. Air Force Basic Military Training. Jeremy lives in New Albany with his wife, a kindergarten teacher, and three children. In his free time, Jeremy enjoys skiing, snowboarding, and boating.
