Jae was introduced to me by a close friend in 2020. We met, he listened to what my family wanted in a home, and he worked diligently to show us houses. This is around April 2020, when houses were selling faster than toilet paper. Jae was swift to adjust to what was needed, and got me and my family into an awesome home! We truly had no idea what to expect during the home buying process as first time homeowners. Jeremy made the entire experience smoother than we could have ever imagined! Everything was seamless from the day we reached out and said we’re ready to start getting pre-qualified - to the day we moved into our new home. We toured several houses before deciding on “the one” and Jeremy was so patient with us until we found exactly what we wanted. If you have certain things you’re looking for in your home, you can trust that he will not stop until you are satisfied. We plan on buying another investment property in AZ and without a doubt will be giving him a call!

We selected Jeremy though my new company’s relocation program. His patience and skillset while looking for a new home to relocate to was greatly appreciated during our stressful time of relocation to a new city. He took time to drive around and look at houses after work during the week. His knowledge about all the different areas we were looking at was very helpful to refine our home parameters. While looking, he got to know us well (even thought we were not in the area much) and what we were looking for. His attention to detail helped us narrow down our search very quickly, helping us move forward fast. Jeremy’s negotiation skills were smooth and worked out well when negotiating the home price. After we purchased our house, he had contacts that helped us get painting complete before moving in. He was even great at helping ask questions to the seller post sale which helped us resolve a question. Over all Jeremy was great to work with and we would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him to anyone else and using him again.

Tough market in 2020 and 2021. Jeremy Pierce really came through for me and my wife. Every question, every email and appointment was extremely pleasant, satisfying, positive and thorough. We were educated about our purchase. The process was very smooth and I would recommend him and his associates to ANYONE interested or on the hunt for their new home!
