Jeremy did a fantastic job selling the property we contracted with him to sell. we had listed it with another real estate agent for several months, with no luck. Jeremy was able to get us very close to the price we wanted, and fairly quickly. He was very good at communicating with us, keeping us up to date on what was going on, and what was needed from us. Recently hired Nick for a fairly quick and out of the blue move after we found out we were being transferred to MS for work. I can’t believe the results that he brought in around 2 weeks time. Every single showing time slot was full and by the end of the weekend we had 6 offers on our house, 5 of which were over ask. We trusted the process with numbers he presented and ways to layout the home to maximize buyers interest and told him to take care of the little things and he came through swimmingly. Accepted an above ask offer and the entire closing process was handled by him as well. He understood what value he brought to the table and what our house was worth even when the buyers were insisting cosmetic changes and such, he stuck to his guns and we reached an agreement we were comfortable with. He was also very attentive to our needs and questions as well at all hours of the day, even with a family to attend to as well. We honestly couldn’t of picked someone better. If you’re up in the air about who you’re going to choose to represent you, I couldn’t of asked for a better agent! No need to look further, Nick is your man.

I had the pleasure of working with Jeremy with my home. He actually was the buyer, but I communicated more with him than my own realtor. Reason being, Jeremy always returned my call or text immediately, he always offered to help me with anything I needed. If I lived in St Charles, I would use Jeremy for my Realtor. Working with Jeremy and his team was the best house selling experience I've had, by far. When we first discussed selling my house, he gave me an estimate timeline of 2 weeks before the house would be under contract. Honestly I was worried that the house might be on the market much longer than that given the condition of the house. But he kept his word and the house was pending sale in a week. I was absolutely amazed at how he knew exactly what to do to attract potential buyers and to negotiate contract in the best way possible. He and his team were also very responsive and answered every detail question I had in a timely manner. I felt that they valued their clients and made sure they had time for them. I am definitely recommending Jeremy to anyone who is buying or selling; also I know who I'm going to call if I ever move again.

We recently sold our house and bought a new house all in the same process, and Jeremy Schneider and his team made it a truly seamless process. The communication was flawless and advice/direction proved to be exactly what we needed. We ended up listing our house earlier than planned and within hours, we had showings scheduled. Over the course of the weekend, with requested showings and one open house, we had over 60 walk throughs and 12 offers! Jeremy was able to provide recommended companies for work that we needed done to both houses and was always available.

Jeremy and his staff are extraordinary when it comes to everything real estate. I was a first time home SELLER and really had no idea what I was doing. When I first reached out to Jeremy about selling my house, he was at my doorstep the following day. I couldn't have been more pleased with Jeremy and his team. Not only did he help me decide if the upgrades I was doing to my home before selling were worth it doing, he sold my home in 48 hours for 1000.00 over asking price. Marci truly simplified the home buying process for my husband and I. Anytime we had a question or concern, Marci was available and prepared with an answer. If she wasn't sure, she found an answer and responded quickly. She carefully listened to our requests and feedback, so I never felt like we viewed homes that didn't make sense to our needs or budget.
