I knew from the beginning that Jeremy was the realtor for me! From the first communication, and introduction of himself! He wanted to know what, when, who, where? That's what you want in a realtor because it's about you. I can't say enough about our first appointment and when we met! It was awesome and I think my husband and I made his day. If there was an option for 5 plus stars Jeremy would definitely get them!!!!! He has been the best to work with on the sale of our current home that we have lived in for 17 years and the process of finding our new home. In todays market, selling a home and buying a new one is very stressful. The first day we met Jeremy I knew that he would make this process so much easier. We started with another realtor and switched to Jeremy, he made us feel comfortable and confident that everything would work out and a bonus that only he offers sealed the deal, what other realtor pays for your moving fees? Jeremy does!!! He is professional but down to earth and makes asking questions so easy. I don’t plan on moving ever again but if I did, he would be my go to guy, his team is just as good as him too!!!

To give context, I have twenty years of sales experience and am not one to post reviews often...But I can, without hesitation, highly recommend Jeremy ..He never tried to pressure me and was a professional in all aspects of handling my purchase ...he promptly answered my calls and texts....he gave an unfiltered opinion when asked...and made sure that I was completely comfortable throughout the process...the funny thing is we did our transaction completely over the phone and internet as we have never met...yet, if you listened to our calls, you never would have known...if you are looking for a broker, give him a call...it won't take very long to see what I mean...or for you to realize that he is a total pro ..

My son was looking for his first home and knew absolutely nothing about the home buying process so he asked me (his mom) for help. I began researching realtors in York county Pa. I wanted someone with integrity, knowledgeable, personable and compassionate with their clients and I found The Jeremy Tolley Group at Keller Williams Keystone in York Pa.
We were immediately impressed with Jeremy. He’s everything we wanted in a realtor and more. He took the time to get to know us, our wants, needs and our fears. He told us about himself and when we left the office that evening, we knew we had found the right realtor.

Buying a house is never easy and as a first-time buyer in the craziest market in history, it felt nearly impossible. Having seen a number of houses working with a few other realtors, it took me some time to find Jeremy and his team; but once I did, the game changed immediately. Jeremy is responsive, understanding, and tenacious in his approach and within a day of being connected, I was already feeling more confident and at ease with the process and how I was feeling (frustrated and exhausted, tbh). He picked up on this and we immediately went into strategy mode. I detailed my situation, finances, exactly what I was looking for, even a home I had my eye on, and within hours he had everything I needed to know about the property and an amazing strategy on how to structure an offer. The very day the house hit the market, we went to do a walk-through, my offer was submitted as soon as we left and the house was under contract that night. I can say with certainty that I would not have been able to figure out how to make my bid competitive enough to go up against all-cash offers without Jeremy’s wisdom and experience. Buying a house will always be a stressfulu process, but Jeremy and his team make it painless. I went from feeling defeated and exhausted to reenergized and under contract in a matter of weeks - I truly could not have done this without them and I can’t thank them enough. I knew Jeremy from the gym. As a trainer he stuck in my mind from only as acquaintances. Many years past and I watch him on fb via his professional videos. If you haven't seen them, do yourself a favor and watch! When my home was to be sold after moving to Florida and experiencing being a landlord. I called Jer.! Jeremy has made the buying AND selling experience less stressful considering that moving is one of the most stressful things in life. He has a fantastic team of a photographer and a videographer who did a fabulous job with pictures and a video of our home. He is available and communication is key with him.
