Jeremy knows the western suburbs personally having grown up in the area. He is extremely responsive and a good listener to what we wanted in a home. Jeremy is also knowledgeable of codes and how homes are built being a valuable voice when considering how much or how little work might be needed to be put into a property. From the first phone call to Express interest in my new home to the last second of the closing Jeremy was awesome. He was with me every step of the process and was honest with me about all scenarios. Jeremy negotiated a great deal for me and the process was smooth and quick. Because of Jeremy I the process from start to finish was swift and I closed on my home in 35 days. Jeremy is the most honest realtor. We were first time home buyers and he walked us out of more houses then walked us into. We loved the initial house we walked into, but he told us the facts that based on what he saw it would be a money pit. He told us to hold off to look at some more houses and he was right. We have now happily lived in an amazing house that only needed a new water heater which he warned us about before making the purchase. Great house for new couple and an even better realtor for first time home buyers. Highly recommend Jeremy! Thanks again!
