I had been toying with the idea of downsizing and enjoying financial freedom for years. I had met with a couple of realtors before Jeremy and Lauren. Once I met with them, I knew I met the people I wanted to work with. The presentation for the sale of my house was well researched and thought out. It was clear that a lot of work went into the presentation. I was sold. The market is ever evolving, and so was the advice from Jeremy and Lauren. In the end they were able to sell my property for the most the market would bare plus some. They turned around to help us purchase a wonderful property in a beautiful neighborhood beating out competing offers. I am so incredibly happy that we trusted Jeremy and Lauren to help us realize our dream of financial freedom without having to sacrifice location. They have proven themselves to be ongoing friends, not just a convenient business transaction. When I buy property in the future I will definitely be using Jeremy and Lauren and I highly recommend you do the same!

My husband and I were so impressed with the attention to detail in EVERY step of what can be a complex process. When we decided to list our house they educated us on the market, best time to sell and buy, how to get ready to list and what to expect every step of the way. They eased all our worries listing in a wild market and a global pandemic. They worked a top dollar offer on our home and a smooth closing, it made everything so easy for us.

Lauren and Jeremy have a really strategic method that made the process so much easier. They made me feel like a “smart-buyer,” which gave me a lot of confidence to make the quick moves required for the ridiculously fast-paced Denver market.
