Both Jeri and Abigail helped us to purchase the home that my husband and I have just sold and have also helped several of our family and friends on multiple occasions. Our experience with Realtor,Jeri Herl was wonderful!! Based on Jeri's expertise , we followed her suggestions to present our home for sale. In June '22, we sold our home in Burtonsville Md. in the first week!! It was also sold for multiple thousands over the asking price! Jeri advised us correctly on every step. Jeri was also the realtor who sold us THIS same home 32 years ago! She was on top of the emails and paperwork and phone calls throughout the quick moving process! I highly recommend Jeri Herl for your real estate buying and selling needs. Our daughter has limited mobility so about 18 months ago we decided that we needed to find a single story home to better suit her needs. We interviewed several agents, but Jeri (and her business partner Abigail Restivo) stood out immediately. She understood our needs, provided specific recommendations to ready our house for sale, had great local and broader market knowledge, and promised to be patient as we knew our search would be challenging. She delivered on all her promises and was incredible to work with. She never wavered through an 18 month search, inclusive of a pandemic, and worked very hard for our family. She is professional, understanding, and well versed in negotiation strategies in a hot market. With Jeri's guidance, we sold our existing home for well above market price and are now in a beautiful home that better meets our families needs.

Jeri Herl is excellent to work with, especially since I was in FL and she was working on the sale of my home in MD. She was always flexible with her time and went the extra mile for me. Jeri put my home on the 'Coming Soon' Listing so it was given early exposure to Realtors before it actually went on the Market. The first day on the Market there were multiple showings and multiple offers made. It was SOLD on the 1st day on the Market! That is the mark of an excellent realtor!! She did everything necessary to be sure I had a smooth home sale experience from the date I signed the contract to the date of Closing. Everything went smoothly and I have Jeri's expertise to thank for that. I have worked with Jeri before both selling and purchasing properties. I was so impressed with her ability that I called her first when I was ready to sell my home in MD. I highly recommend her to anyone who is thinking of buying or selling a home. I have used Abigail Restivo and Jeri Herl twice now for moves. I would use them again and would recommend them to others. They make an extremely stressful process a little less stressful. They are very professional and responsive. They work for your best interest.
