Jernel moved to Charlotte from northeast Ohio in 1989. He was searching for a better quality of life for himself and his family. He definitely made the right choice and is proud to be a Charlotte resident for over 31 years. Jernel has always had a passion for real estate. He is passionate about helping first time homeowners and is certified as a North Carolina Work Force Housing Specialists. He holds a certification with At Home With Diversity which gives him the knowledge of today s increasingly diverse pool of homebuyers. Also, Jernel is equipped to handle home purchase needs of active duty and former military clients as a Certified Military Residential Specialist.

First of all, my parents bought a house using Mr. Jernel Sanders,...I bought a house using Mr. Jernel Sanders,...and my children and children's children will probably buy a house using Mr. Jernel Sanders if he is still in the business lol. Mr. Jernel Sanders is very knowledgeable because he has been in the realtor business for a long time, and was able to help me every step of the way from start to closing. He was my realtor and financial advisor at the same time lol, and did go above and beyond the call of duty for his clients. I would recommend him for anyone who is looking to buy a house, especially a first time home owner who needs a lot of direction like I did. Thank you for all the help that you did provide for I and my family, and we are satisfied 100% with our purchases. Five stars is not enough...would have given you more if I could. From beginning to the end and post closing, Mr. Sanders was there for me. His experience, passion and knowledge in real estate guided me in finding the right home that met all of my needs. His response time is impeccable! I was able to view homes immediately! His entire team (credit repair, contractors, attorneys, etc.) are all professional, friendly and compassionate! I recommend him to anyone who is looking for a realtor who goes above and beyond!

Whenever I had questions, Jernel either answered right away or got back to me within a fairly reasonable timeframe. The entire time I felt a deep sense of passion surrounding making sure I was happy. There was no pressure which made the process seem easygoing and genuine. I recommend Jernel to both first time and experienced homeowners. I will definitely return for my next purchase!
