My husband and I began working with Jerome in the fall to search for our first home, and just moved into our house this week.

In this housing market, we had a lot of ups and downs throughout our search, but Jerome was always highly responsive and accessible, never stopped sending us information, and always worked hard to find us listings quickly (before the homes disappeared).

He was very informative for us as first-time-homebuyers, but my favorite thing about working with Jerome was that he was very realistic with us in terms of helping us to understand the situation we were in trying to buy in this market. He gave us very clear and concise information about the realities of the current housing market and gave us ample breathing room to make decisions we were comfortable with free of any pressure.

Obviously, it took us some time, but in the end we are in a house and an area that we love. We never felt alone in this difficult process. Even after closing, I feel completely comfortable reaching out to Jerome if I need recommendations for something home-related in our new location.

We don't plan on moving again for quite some time, but if and when that day does come years down the road, we will certainly be reaching out to Jerome again.

I’ve known Jerome for years I met him at a job we both work together and he was also starting in Real estate at the time He was wonderful during the process and made some thing that I never thought was possible possible which was homeownership. He was super professional and awesome to work with. I’ve worked with him professionally since and the same still stands! I would highly recommend him. I know for sure that if I was buying a home again he would be my go to. I am now a mortgage lender and he takes care of my borrowers! He spectacular!
