Our founder started his career at INCO Property Management & Sales in 2006. He has personally been involved in over 100+ transactions and has successfully managed millions of dollars in assets in Colorado.

Jerome's hands-on leadership is rare in any market. He provides experienced investors, as well as novice investors, with a surplus of knowledge and resources. He has experience in owning, managing and renovating property in the capacity of a personal nature, including single family and multi-family apartment buildings in Colorado, Kentucky, and his native Illinois.
