About Jerri Ann

Born and raised in La Grange, I’ve seen our “small town” survive rough times to become a flourishing community with a stable economy. We are also fortunate to have a tremendous school system as well as medical facilities. My husband, Stephen, and I knew that La Grange was where we wanted to raise our kids, Jay and Jamie.

After graduating from U.T. with a BBA in accounting and a minor in real estate, I decided to work in the private accounting sector. During that time I worked in real estate part-time and finally decided that I really wanted to work full-time in real estate. So I joined my mom (Nancy) in 1999 in her real estate business, along with Jean Heger. During that time I also went back to school and received my State Certified General Appraiser’s License.

Being an appraiser has gone ‘hand in hand with real estate. When listing your property, I can give you an educated and experienced value, which is so important in today’s market. La Grange is a great place to live and I am fortunate to live and work in a growing market.
