Words cannot express how grateful I am for Jerri Sims and her daughter! She is a literal miracle worker! In addition to helping me find my current dream home, she recently helped sell a former home despite the challenges it produced. For instance, the day before closing, the laundry room ceiling caved in due to a bathroom leak. It was discovered during the final walk through. The situation was extremely stressful since we were at risk of losing the sale of the house. Yet Jerri saved the day and the sale with her quick ingenuity. She arranged for her own team of contractors (that were working on HER house) to come and fix the issue last minute. And of course, we ended up selling the house thanks to her quick thinking and perseverance. You will never have to worry when you are in her hands and I can guarantee that you will not find anyone else willing to be as dedicated and kindhearted as she is. Someone this amazing is very hard to come by these days. Jerri you are the G.O.A.T!!!

Awesome group of ladies that do everything in their power to assist with your real-estate needs. Honestly the best real estate company I have ever dealt with. Jerri is very professional, experienced and once you speak to her you know for sure she is the person you want to represent you. SHE KNOW'S HER STUFF! Highly recommend. They don't disappoint!

Jerri's staff recently assisted me with the Closing Attorneys to give me a Closing appointment that was favorable for my Schedule.
