Originally from Pennsylvania, Jerrie opened and ran his own Bed and Breakfast right out of college in Philadelphia. His penchant for service and sales led him into the world of luxury retail management in San Francisco. As an architecture and design enthusiast, Jerrie has combined these passions as part of his dream career, real estate!

In his spare time, Jerrie enjoys researching the New York City restaurant scene along with the world of theater. Passionate about travel, Jerrie has traveled extensively throughout the US, Europe, South America and Africa. These travels have taken him to some of the most stunning and culturally diverse cities in the world, but Jerrie considers New York City his home and he can’t imagine living anywhere else. Residing on the Upper West Side and working from the Corcoran Soho office allows him to serve clients from his favorite West Side neighborhood Uptown all the way down to the Village.
