We have moved around quite a bit and have worked with many realtors. Jerrilynn is definitely top on our list. She is very personable and professional. She truly listens what you want and don’t want. This was very important to us. There wasn’t a time we needed to remind her. She was very good at keeping those items fresh when we went to look at houses. She points things in the house you should be aware of. And honestly answers questions. She doesn’t sugar coat anything either. If you are happy, she is happy.

Jerrilyn from Fireside Realty made the process of selling my uncle's house a breeze. She always open to answering my (an my parents) never ending questions about how to sell house that was within estate. She provided me with information about potential vendors who could assist me with the emptying and cleaning of the house. She made arrangements to bring in a vendor to help with minor repairs that needed to be complete before the sale could be completed. I would highly recommend Jerrilyn for the reasons above but more importantly because kindness and compassion that she showed me and my family as we worked through the tears, the laughter, and closing out things relating to my uncle's house. When my husband and I first started looking at houses, we had issues with realtors that didn't want to show homes at crazy times of the day. My husband is a farmer and usually after 7pm worked best for us. We had multiple realtors blow us off and did not want to deal with us which of course was very disappointing. Some realtors where sugar coating some houses that we looked at just so they can sell fast. When we met Jerrilynn at an open house she was honest about everything and let us just walk where we wanted without having anyone breathing down our necks. She definitely knows her facts on houses and will tell you how it is. She was so kind and was happy to work around our crazy schedule no questions asked. She answered all of our questions, and is very professional.I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone who is selling or buying a home. She was incredible to work with, and such a wonderful person! It has been a few years since we bought our home, and we still love to keep in touch with her! You will not find another realtor around Wisconsin like her! Thank you so much Jerrilynn!

I can't thank Jerrilynn enough for seeing us through our home buying experience. She was there with us from start to finish advocating for and supporting us. She had excellent contacts for home inspection and for planned remodeling and updating. She was easy to talk to and always available when we had questions. She had a good rapport with our Mortgage facilitator and was always making sure access to the property for inspection and assessment could be done on time. I hope not to need a realtor any time soon but would be glad to work with her again.
