Jerry Bringham

Jerry Bringham is a native Sacramentan, raised in Land Park and loves Sacramento. He enjoys specializing in residential real estate as a full-time Realtor for over three decades. Jerry was President of the Sacramento Association of Realtors Masters Club for 1986, an Outstanding Life Member of the Masters club who has qualified for over 30 years and is a Senior Executive for Nick Sadek Sotheby's International Realty.

His enthusiasm and motivation come from the love of helping others and providing his clients the highest level of service. Jerry’s clients’ results are achieved through his experience of over 1,500 successful residential transactions, negotiating skills, strategic marketing, attention to detail and continuous follow through. His clients continue to show their appreciation throughout the year by referring their friends and family, for which he is extremely grateful.

Jerry lives in Sacramento’s East Sacramento neighborhood with his wife Liz and their children, Grant, and Brooke.
