Jerry is an award winning broker with 23 years experience.  Jerry has extensive knowledge in negotiating contracts,  new construction, and lot developement.   He has worked with everyone from the 1st time home buyer to the multi unit investor.   His years in the Las Vegas market trained him in working with buyers from out of state and navigating clients through a low inventory market.  Back in Indiana, Jerry worked for a national builder and a custom builder, learning the detailed fixture pricing of a home and the build process.  Jerry takes a client-centric approach,  focusing on delivering exceptional service, making sure the client understands the process and what to expect.  With a vast knowledge of Central Indiana real estate and  a reputation of being detail-oriented and a straightforward approach, he ensures that every client understands the process of buying/selling a home, making the home buying/selling experience as smooth and easy as possible.
