Jerry Hawes

Jerry Hawes Jr. is a licensed Florida real estate broker and the founder and managing broker of Everglades Real Estate Company. Jerry’s professional real estate experience began in 1999 and continued through 2005 with Publix Supermarkets rising to the ranks of a real estate manager where Jerry oversaw the management of Publix anchored shopping centers in Southeast and Southwest Florida. In 2005, Jerry began working with Triple R Associates Ltd., a commercial real estate developer, where he oversaw the sales and management of over 200 properties across Florida and Ohio. In 2008 and until 2020 Jerry was the North American Real Estate and Facilities leader for Bosch Thermotechnology. With these three companies, Jerry participated in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of over 400 million USD of real estate.

Having obtained a Florida real estate license in 2007 and subsequent Florida Real Estate Brokers License, Jerry launched Everglades Real Estate Co. a South Florida based real estate brokerage specializing in all facets of residential and commercial real estate.
