We contacted Mr. Jones about listing our house. He researched the comps and the history on our house. He gave a thorough explanation of our options and of each of the papers a seller must sign. Jerry didn't wait around! The second weekend he held an open house! A couple, who had seen the house a few days before, came back during the open house. Jerry showed them the house again. He worked with their realtor and they bought the house. 16 DAYS ON THE MARKET! Jerry has very good negotiation skills. Jerry came for the inspection and the appraisal. He stayed in touch with the buyer's realtor and stayed in touch with us, often on a daily basis. He was there for us during the entire closing process.
