can’t say enough good things about my experience working with Jerry. After my dad passed away, me and my siblings were overwhelmed with the responsibility of selling his house and navigating the probate process. Jerry stepped in with compassion, professionalism, and a level of support that went far beyond what I expected from a real estate agent.
Not only did he guide us through every step of selling my dad’s home, but he also connected me with a trustworthy probate lawyer to help with the legal side of things. He made a very difficult time so much more manageable, and I truly felt like I had someone in my corner the entire way.

He is the most patient person. During the selling of the condo he was pulled in many directions and was asked to go above and beyond. Jerry was referred to me by a friend and he was amazing! He was very knowledgeable of the market and was super helpful. I could see that he was working hard in trying to help me sell my condo. He also helped me prep and had a good referral to help me pack and also do some minor repairs before selling. He kept me on schedule and got things moving very quickly. I also was very impressed at how he was always in communication w/ me and kept me updated anytime someone was interested and booked a showing. Everything was done electronically so I can see in real time when a showing was happening and when they finished, even the documents I signed electronically so everything was super convenient. He even sent another agent w/ me to my closing because he was very sick. Instead of postponing, I was able to close right away. I can’t say enough good things. I would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling in todays market. He provided excellent customer service!!
