I have been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 1978. I have worked as a loan originator for 20 years. I became a full time Real Agent (Broker) 10 years ago and it is my passion. I work primarily as Residential Real Estate agent but I have expertise in Investment properties including Multi-family apartment units and Vacant land development. I come from a family that has a strong Construction back round and feel I have a distinct advantage from my peers when properties need fixing up and development. I reside in downtown Napa and love it. I am close to the pulse of what's happening in downtown Napa and I market to owners and potential buyers who want to sell or live in the beautiful downtown Napa.
