Jerry was extremely helpful during our recent sale in Longview. I am an out of town owner who was referred to Jerry by a friend who is in real estate in the Olympia area. His professionalism was refreshing after some less than ideal realtors in the past. Our house sold within one week and Jerry kept us informed (by phone or email) during every step of the process. We had relocated to Washington from out of state and were looking for a house in Longview, WA. We met Jerry three months prior to relocating during a last-minute tour of a home when we were on vacation in Washington, and he maintained contact with us during that time to appraise us of the current market, etc. Once we finally arrived in Washington, he was readily available to tour homes, responded to texts and phone calls, answered our questions, and was always there to give moral support when house-hunting became so frustrating. Jerry, Jerry, Jerry! We were in a situation that had us on a bit of a time constraint. Either we find the house that will become our family's homestead for many generations or rent another house yet again. We had an agent in Vancouver but we had a hard time getting a hold of him. Then came Jerry.

Jerry has so helpful in educating us to the current status of the housing market here in 2021. There were a few homes we looked at that he helped us avoid thus guiding us away from making a costly mistake. When we would start freaking out about our time constraint, Jerry was there to point us back in the right direction. Jerry would tell us, "...you will find the house you are meant for have..." He was right of course, which is why we are writing a lengthy review.

Jerry is a good man. He works endless hours for all his clients. He has a way of making you feel as if you are his only client when if fact, he has many he is working for. If you want to eliminate one stress point in your home buying process, Jerry is the only logical choice. Once you talk to him, you'll see. We are going to have Jerry be our agent and friend for as long he can stand us, LOL. Thank you Jerry for all you have done for us!!

During the house buying craze of ‘21 we were at our wits end with realtors and the crazy market. Then we met Jerry, Jerry talked with us and heard our needs. Our situation was unique...its not every day that the city comes along and purchases your house for road improvement and gives you 90 days to move. The housing market was crazy... we would find something and then it was already pending the next day. Then I spotted a home and Jerry was its realtor. He showed us the home immediately...we made the offer and the seller accepted it the next day. Jerry guided us every step of the way. It was a pleasure to have Jerry as my real estate agent. We happened to run into one another when I was peeking in the windows of a newly-listed house. Jerry said he lived nearby and was out for a walk, and though he wasn’t the listing agent, he offered to show the house to me that day. Although it was Saturday, he was able to prepare the paperwork so that I could make an offer that same day. The process was really quick and painless. We came to Jerry at REMAX very upset with our last Realtor. Our last Realtor didnt understand us and our needs, we tell him one thing and he did the other. We put 3 bids in with our first Realtor and well it didnt work out. He wanted to visited homes every 2 weeks. Working with Jerry Stinger at REMAX exceeded any of our expectations. We were homebuyers from out of state so we were mostly reliant on pictures online. Jerry was always willing to look at houses we liked online and gave us visual tours via FaceTime.
