Jerry Wang

Jerry Wang was born in Taiwan and came to the United States when he was thirteen. Jerry is a native in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English and he is familiar with New York, having lived there for over 20 years.
He specializes in high end real estate, whether it is for sellers, buyers, or investors.

Since graduating from St. John’s University with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree, Jerry has worked for real estate developers and high-end brokerage for over 10 years. With the vertically integrated experience under his belt, he is very specialized in new developments and often function as an advisor when it comes to unit layouts, orientations, masterplans, and design.

Before Jerry founded Fact Real Estate to better serve my clients, he worked at Douglas Elliman, the largest real estate brokerage in New York, for four years. During his stint, Jerry consecutively received the 2016 Gold Award, 2017 Platinum and Diamond for 2018 and 2019.
