Having been a College Professor, grant writer and fund raiser in a previous career I bring to this profession varied strengths. If you were to use my services to sell your home, prior to meeting with you I would do a full market analysis of your property and provide you with the findings at the listing presentation. Understanding market conditions is key to selling a property and pricing a property is extremely important. At the listing presentation I will provide you with a customized marketing strategy for your home and the steps we will take together to ensure that your property is sold.

My areas of expertise include the areas of Jupiter, Tequesta, Juno Beach, Palm Beach Gardens and North Palm Beach, especially waterfront properties. I also service the West Palm Beach and Port St. Lucie areas. I know these areas extremely well and understand the market fluctuations and real estate cycles pertaining to these localities. Having taught International relations and economics as a College Professor I fully understand the need to market to the International Community in these tough real estate times in the United States. South Florida has a large and diverse International Community and I feel that it is imperative to reach out to foreign buyers.
