Jesse Heinrich

Jesse Heinrich is a proud Alumna of Texas Tech University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts & Sciences. She began her journey in real estate with our neighboring residential real estate team in 2021.

In an exceptionally busy season of over 9 simultaneous projects for James Morgan, Ltd., Holly walked next door and asked Jesse if she wanted to join the one-woman team and help. Jesse thankfully said yes, and boldly stepped up to begin her journey in commercial real estate & construction.

In her time at James Morgan, Ltd., Jesse has been a facilitator in all James Morgan, Ltd.'s personal leasing and property management. She has spearheaded new real estate projects, significantly enhanced involvement in community outreach, and brought new clients to the table, growing the 'outside' real estate side of the business.
