Jesse began his real estate career with Kingsway Realty in June of 2008—right as the housing market crashed. While it was a challenging time to enter the industry, the experience shaped his approach to real estate and taught him that success comes through persistence, hard work, and adaptability. As the market improved, Jesse’s business steadily grew along with it.
In 2017, Jesse expanded his business by bringing on Matthew Auker as his licensed assistant and right-hand man. Matt joined the team after nearly 14 years working in construction design and project management, bringing valuable architectural drafting, design, and building knowledge to the business. His background provides clients with an added layer of insight when evaluating homes, renovations, and property potential. Matt plays an active role in the day-to-day operations of the business and is often the person clients connect with first throughout the buying and selling process, helping ensure every step runs smoothly while Jesse provides experience, strategy, and oversight.
A lifelong Lancaster County native, Jesse relocated with his family in 2017 to a farmhouse in Berks County—an area where he was already doing a significant amount of business. With Matt based in the Lancaster office and Jesse centrally located near the intersection of Berks, Lehigh, Montgomery, and Bucks Counties, the team is able to effectively serve a wide region across southeastern Pennsylvania.
Together, Jesse and Matt focus on helping clients buy and sell smart. Since working together in 2017, they have completed over 160 real estate transactions and assisted clients in buying or selling properties across eight different counties. Their experience spans nearly every type of real estate transaction—including primary residences, investment properties, family estates, auctions, vacant land, leased land, residential and commercial tenant procurements, and commercial properties.
Through remodeling and rehabbing many of their own properties, they have gained valuable insight into market trends, sustainability, and the types of returns different properties can offer. This hands-on experience helps them guide sellers on what improvements make sense before listing and helps buyers identify both opportunity and potential “money pit” properties.
Over the past 17 years, Jesse has helped many clients and friends successfully buy and sell real estate and has personally bought and sold more than 150 properties, many of which he has renovated or rehabilitated. Together, Jesse and Matt combine real estate experience, construction knowledge, and investment expertise to help ensure their clients receive knowledgeable guidance and a smooth, successful transaction.
