Jesse entered the industry as an investor in 2013. A novice internet-taught flipper with big dreams and shallow pockets. The process was a crash course in all thing’s real estate. Buying, rehabbing, staging, selling, negotiating, open houses, foreclosures, short sales, auctions you name it. He overcame mistakes. He broke his body. He sacrificed social life. But what he learned was truly priceless. He's moved more times that he can count lived in an airstream toured the country in a van and recently bought his first rental property, a duplex in Rochester MN. All the while he's studied the markets honed his renovation skills and shared his knowledge with anybody willing to listen. As a new licensed real estate agent, he is so thrilled that he gets to share his passion for real estate with other people. He has a unique set of skills and experiences that make him an expert in the field. More importantly he's not afraid to roll up his sleeves crawl under a porch or venture into a dark ancient basement.
