Jesse Sehlmeyer

Jesse Sehlmeyer is the owner/broker for Vintage Homes of Denver, Inc.

He grew up in Denver and currently lives in Sedalia, Colorado. He has been married for 25 years to his wife, Ocean, and they are the proud parents of Meredith and Georgia who are attending school at CSU in Fort Collins and CU Boulder.

Jesse holds a degree in accounting as well as business management. He has been licensed in the State of Colorado as a real estate agent since 2001, and he upgraded his license to that of a Managing Broker in 2005. Jesse is an active participant in the real estate community, being a member of such organizations as the National Association of Realtors, the Colorado Association of Realtors, the Denver Metro Association of Realtors, and the Realtors National Marketing Institute.

Jesse works under a strong code of ethics not commonly found in the real estate field. He believes in personal service, conscientious dealings, and honesty. His goal is to be sure that his clients sleep well, knowing that he is managing what may be a stressful time for them. Jesse has a long line of satisfied clients, who keep him occupied with a continuous stream of referrals.

He is constantly educating himself on the ever-changing world of real estate. This includes changes in trends, interest rates, marketing techniques, Denver’s buyer/seller preferences, financing strategies, and even construction costs.
