I couldn’t have been happier with Jesse, who sold my condo for me. He is very responsive, detail-oriented, and always on top of things. He is extremely knowledgeable about the process and was great at explaining things. He worked with existing contacts to make sure we got multiple offers quickly. I picked Jesse because several of my neighbors had used him to sell their condos and raved about him - and they were right! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jesse Soto.

I can’t thank Jesse enough for all he’s done to help my family. My daughter and I were looking for a suitable rental in the DC Metro area, and he took me to numerous possible rentals. He worked with me tirelessly to narrow down our options to meet my desires and needs. Once we found the perfect place, he had the wisdom and foresight to include a mold inspection and abatement clause in our contract. Shortly after we moved in, a minor mold problem was detected, and we were able to have it quickly and efficiently eradicated. I’m now working with Jesse on a property purchase. I have absolutely faith in Jesse as my agent, and I know he will never put me or any of his other clients in a less than perfect situation. I’m glad to know he’s always got my back! Thank you Jesse...you’re one in a million!!

Jesse helped me buy my first home. As a first time buyer, I really had no idea what I was doing. He was super helpful and patient throughout the entire process, answering all my many many questions promptly. He was not pushy whatsoever (like some realtors can be) and always made sure I understand the pros and cons of any homes we were touring, pointing out things I would not have noticed with my untrained eye. He would tell me if he thought the home listings were reasonable or too high. When I found the condo I wanted, he moved quickly to prepare my paperwork to ensure we were the first to make an offer. This made all the difference in the crazy DC real estate market. Highly recommend Jesse!

Jesse is an excellent agent. From the beginning he took the time to get to know us so as to really understand what we were looking for in a house. He was extremely attentive to our needs and answered all of our home-buying questions quickly and thoroughly. Once we found a house that we loved, he worked closely with the selling agent and with our loan officer to make sure the process went as smoothly as possible. Even after we closed, Jesse has been super helpful in finding contractors for our home upgrades. As first-time homebuyers, my husband and I could not be happier with our experience. We highly recommend Jesse for anyone looking to buy a home in this area.
