Since 2017, Jesse has been my real estate agent. Always looking out for the best interest of his client. Even after my mother passed away in Jan of '22, he helped me through a very difficult time as I felt lost and going through the logistics, Jesse made selling my parents home at the same time as mine such a smooth transition for me. We have used Jesse as a Realtor twice now and have had a great experience. We were not the easiest customers and were in a very competitive market, but Jesse was very patient and persistent in helping us find the right home. He gave us great advice in preparing our homes to sell and never settled for the first offer, but negotiated to get us the best deal!

I had 4-5 traumatic experiences while searching for an experienced real estate agent. Then I met Jesse Varela, through realtor.com. When I met Jesse I thought, I know enough about buying, but this guy is authentic. He is a real expert in Real Estate.

The second week after meeting Jesse, he collaborated with me to submit an offer on a home that was accepted! Even though I was not the seller' s preferred financing criteria buyer. Guy's, Jesse got in there! The sell that is, and contacted my Lender, followed up with the sale' s agent and seller, while educating me along the entire sales process. I am in reflection as I write about my purchase, and man, wow, this guy is impressive! He embodies the title of realtor. Not a short sale by no means, but we closed inside of 30 days.

I am still saying wow! Jesse, in the real estate world you rock, thanks, I know that I could not have purchased this home, working with any other agent.

Jesse literally is the best realtor you could ask for. The guy will bend over backwards to book as many showings as possible to ensure you’ll find the home you’ve been looking for. He’s honest and will tell you when he doesn’t feel comfortable with a home. He isn’t the type of realtor that is just in it for the commission. He cares about you, your family, and where you end up. Great guy overall and very energetic and makes the process fun.
