I highly recommend Jesse! He goes out of his way to take care of you. He knows the area and neighborhoods well, which is extremely helpful since I am from out of State. Jesse contacted me after I had been working with another realtor. He knew that I wanted to be loyal to this realtor but still helped me out with advice on areas, certain homes that I was considering, etc. The original realtor turned out not to be very responsive. I used Jesse Warmka to sell my house this year in the Winter months. I was a little hesitant at first because I just missed the peak summer months and was considering renting the house instead. Jesse level of professionalism and knowledge of the housing market is second to none. Jesse is honest and straight forward and will always tell you what he believes are the honest facts. Even though it was past the summer months Jesse inform me it was still a good market to sell real estate. I'm so glad I decided to sell versus renting my house out. Even in December, I sold my house within 30 days. Jesse excellent negotiating skills and advice on staging are what got the deal done. Moreover, Jesse had the patience and eye for detail on what buyers are looking for in a house. In any property transactions, complications will arise. Ours was really smooth right up until day of closing. The sellers were still in the process of moving out well past the time for closing. Jesse maintained his professional demeanor and we were able to move forward with the closing despite other incidents that occurred subsequently. For example, the mortgage company contact was not available after 5pm on Friday after all the papers were signed. Jesse was able to use his professional contacts to resolve the issue and reach a person in the company that could supply the necessary information. I found Jesse online accidentally , while searching for homes in Palm Coast. He responded quickly to my questions.being from out of state made searching harder for our new home. He was informative and very honest in my choices. He sent me daily offerings that corresponded to my desires in a new home. When we narrowed down our choices we visited the area. He put aside two days to personally show us the homes. We chose our home and he worked with us for everything from the mortgage to trash pick up. Jesse was great. I am from outside of his area and visited with my spouse. I gave Jesse a list of 10 houses we were interested in (from his mailings to me) and he lined them up so my wife and I could quickly see them in two days. The first house on the second day was the magic one. The settlement and closing process was probably exasperating for Jesse as I was selling two other houses to buy the one we found.
