Working with Jesse was a complete joy from the very beginning to the end. Great person with a great personality. We had our house on sale from February 2014 with another Realtor and could not sell it for over six months, despite it been a good looking house in great shape. We were frustrated since we wanted the house sold quickly, so we amicably parted ways with our former Realtor and decided to contact Jesse. He came to house prepared to have the house sold as quickly as possible. He was knowledgeable and realistic with us about the listing price in comparison to the area and how to present the house for showing. He was always available to us, he was hands-on and had ideas to boost the sale of the house which included an open house. Within two months we had an offer and after answering our numerous questions we were able to make an informed decision to accept and start the closing process. Jesse was very helpful, calm has a great way about him to manage expectations; both from a sale and a purchase perspective. Helped with setting sale price correctly, when a number of homes where on the market around ours, we were able to sale our home within a couple of weeks (was not the priced lowest). On purchasing our new home Jesse was very patient with us we looked at over 15 homes from out of price range dreams way past beyond fixer-uppers. We looked all around in-town Norman and way out in the country. Jesse was still very supportive and helpful and never seemed to mind showing us whichever home we thought we were interested in buying that day. Jesse actually met my high expectations of a Realtor, which is hard to do. I feel he went above and beyond with taking initiative in holding open-houses to sell our home (which is how our buyer found our home), and if something in the home needed to be done (within reason), he took care of it instead of calling me every time.
