Jessica Andrews

Jessica Andrews married a mother of two, and a person in long-term recovery. She was born and raised in Delco, just outside of Philadelphia, PA. Jessica had been interested in real estate for a long time before getting her license. She loved learning more about locations, the character of a home, and market value trends. Her husband nudged her to get her real estate license for years before she actually did. Gosh, she hated it when he was right.

Jessica's family is her world. Their wild four-year-old, Johnny, and athletic nine-year-old, Matthew keep their hearts full and their schedules packed. Her husband Will is a Project Manager, building new homes in Philadelphia. He also specializes in buying estate contents, selling collectibles, and helping you clean out a home. More on that here.

Before real estate, Jessica worked in construction, operations, and sales. She worked on Camp Lejeune in Jacksonville, NC helping to manage the renovation and new builds for military families. All of the homes they built were LEED certified and her position directly reported to the US Navy. Jessica also worked for a smaller-scale builder in Philadelphia and got more experience in the new construction process.

Her experience in operations and sales further developed my passion for helping others in real estate.
