Jessica is the absolute best!! I mean that both anecdotally and factually - the girl has won awards! She is savvy, courageous, knowledgeable, and has great connections (lenders, inspectors, etc.). My Own Experience: We contacted Jessica as first-time homebuyers, and she was happy to work with us. Jessica gave us the patience and space we needed to explore different homes.
