Jessica Basciano

Jessica is a hardworking, knowledgeable realtor in Pennsylvania and New Jersey that is known for her dedication, patience, and honesty. With over 5 years of Real Estate experience, Jessica makes each transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible for all her clients.

She began her career in Real Estate in 2006. After the 2008 market crash she left real estate and focused her time on raising her 2 daughters with her husband Jeff. Now that her daughters, Cate and Julia, are in college, she has joint Exp Realty, renewed her Real Estate License in Pennsylvania and added her New Jersey license to her portfolio. Jessica’s passion is finding the perfect home for her client. Whether it’s a first-time homebuyer, an entrepreneur looking to invest in real estate or someone looking to purchase a second/vacation home.

Jessica has been able to provide her clients with knowledge & expertise not only by herself but with the large group of professionals working with her. If she doesn’t know the answer to your question or the best way to help you, she isn’t afraid to ask an expert in that area.

Above all Jessica is most proud of the daughters she and Jeff have raised. Cate, a senior at St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, will be graduating in May 2023 with a degree in Elementary Education & Autism Education and Support. Julia, a sophomore at Syracuse University, is a member of their Women’s Lacrosse Team and is currently enrolled in the Whitman School of Business.

In addition to spending time with family, Jeff and Jessica enjoy splitting time between their farm in Glenmoore, Pa and their second home in Ocean City, Nj.
