Jessica Brutzman

Jess is an experienced Realtor with over 15 years of service in the industry, beginning as a real estate assistant in 2007 to obtaining a Broker's license in 2019. Her experience has allowed her to become an expert in navigating the twists and turns of the Real Estate industry. Jess’ areas of expertise include First-Time Home Buying, Military Relocation, Resort and Second Homes, Senior housing needs as well as Short Sale and Foreclosures.

Jess is a lifelong learner. She completed a bachelor’s degree in organizational management and leadership from Spring Arbor University, and in 2022 she completed a professional fellowship with Michigan State University. In addition, she has studied interior design and drafting. Jess’ passion for continuing education is evident if everything she does and always results in her clients receiving the right information, when the need it, and easily understandable.

Jess spent 8 years as an active-duty military spouse while her husband served in the United States Marine Corps, and she continues to be a steward for military families as a Michigan National Guard spouse. As a servant leader, Jess is available to serve the Grand Traverse region on numerous boards such as Grand Traverse County Parks and Recreation and the City of Traverse City Coast Guard Committee. Jess believes in advocating for Northern Michigan and other Military/Veteran families.
