My partner and I were first-time home buyers and Jessica was recommended to us by friends who had also bought their first home with her. I'm so glad they did, because I don't know how we could have done it without her in this crazy competitive market!

From the beginning, Jessica walked us through every step of the process in a way that was easy to understand and always made sure we were comfortable and never pressured us into anything. It truly felt that she had our best interests at heart, because she believes in establishing long term relationships with her clients. She was extremely responsive when it came to planning home tours and was genuinely invested in helping us find a place that would make us happy, not just in closing on a quick deal.

She was very patient explaining each process to us and although we have different working schedules she always allocated time for us. She respected my opinions and worked hard to understand my preferences. Her communication was top-notch—whether morning or night, she responded promptly. I was especially impressed with her proactive approach, standing by me if something didn’t feel right and ensuring my best interests were always represented. This is the third time we have worked with Jessica Chong. There is no other real estate agent we will consider working with so as long as she is in business for one and only reason: meticulous to detail at every level of the transaction. A typical agent, like the one we just worked with when selling our home in Indiana is more interested in making a profit, which often entails rushing through the process. Jessica, however, not only goes through the contract with a fine tooth comb, but ensures that all of our financials were in order by calling and closely working with our mortgage broker. When it was time to make the offer, we could show the buyers that we were not just “conditionally approved” but approved of such a large mortgage loan. Secondly, we were in a competitive buyer’s market where it is not unheard of that buyers will overpay the asking price in order to remain competitive to make the purchase; we were no different. The difference, however, was that Jessica was cautious to not submit too high of a bid all so that we do not unnecessarily overpay. Thirdly, she will go the extra mile as she did for each of the sale or purchase of our homes. This one was no exception. We needed to install a fence and our neighborhood’s HOA required us to obtain signatures from our surrounding neighbors, but we lived out of state. She obtained the signatures in record time, coordinated with the HOA, and subsequently we were able to install our fence the day after we closed, all of which was no easy feat.

Overall, Jessica has an intuitive sense of the market from all perspectives and knows the exact dollar amount to make the right offer that makes the whole transaction of purchasing the home that much more seamless while knowing that she is truly working in our best interest. There no is better feeling knowing that someone truly cares about their customers. If we could, we would place her in our pocket wherever we could because of her wealth of knowledge and wisdom, and consult with her on all matters in life. She is that good. And she just makes us better people.

Absolutely honored that she selected us as her customers when she is in such high demand.

From our first phone introductory call to her following up today as we receive proceeds of our home sale, there never was a letdown moment. I already knew Jessica was the best before I met her because that's how she was recommended by a lifelong friend who is also in the real estate business. But I could never have guessed how much expertise, work, passion, wisdom, dedication, support, good humor, encouragement -- I could go on -- Jessica would give to this relatively small sale. Plus, it had to be an as-is situation, so lots of Jessica's skills could never be displayed. And yet, she got an amazing price, sort of like magic. Jessica devotes herself completely to a project, communicates thoroughly, and doesn't miss a detail. I wish I had another house to sell, so I could keep working with her. She is truly a gem.

Jessica Chong was a fantastic real estate agent. She worked with us closely throughout the home buying process to ensure that we could find a place that matched exactly what we were looking for.

My expectations for the home buying process were far exceeded as she helped us through pretty much every step of the home buying process. As a first-time home-buyer, she helped us so much and worked extremely hard to make sure we wouldn't buy a place that we would later regret. When negotiating, she was firm and got us more than we had anticipated. She was never pushy and it never really felt like she was trying to impose her opinion over our interests. Jessica had significant knowledge of the area which helped me since I haven't lived in the DMV area for long. Jessica was always extremely responsive and was always available to talk. If I plan on selling or buying in the DMV from now on out I know exactly who to talk to as a trusted advisor.

After a long search for real estate agents, we chose Jessica to sell my dad's house and the choice became an outstanding result for my dad.
Since I had already known Jessica was one of the top agents in our area from those reviews at Zillow and Goggle, Selling my dad's house went through just like we had expected.
My dad had little worried about his house before it was on the market because it was a 2 bedrooms townhouse. However Jessica knew how to
upgrade his house for the buyers to overcome the shortcoming and her 20 years experience and impressive communication skills made us to be able to accept a better offer than we had expected.
