Jessica is truly AMAZING, I could not have asked for a better person to help me on this journey. Buying a house can be very stressful, but I was thankful to have a person there to guide me, answer any questions any time of the day and just be a nice person. As a first time home buyer, the process can be very overwhelming. Working with Jessica was incredible. She not only helped me as my real estate agent, she took the time to educate me throughout the entire process. She was available, answered all my questions, guided me and stood by me from start to finish. There are a lot of real estate agents out there but this is one that I Highly recommend if you are looking for someone you can trust with your greatest investment.

When my husband Tim and I decided to start our home search in earnest I knew the most important thing to us was to have a realtor who was a Christian. I had the pleasure of encountering Jessica Cloward on two occasions six months prior to deciding upon her as our realtor. On both occasions she was warm, inviting, and allowed her light to shine.

I spoke to her on Thursday afternoon about representing us during our search and she was very responsive. By that evening we had paperwork in our inbox and our first batch of listings. On Friday evening she sent more listings and I reached out with several potentials we had interest in seeing. Jessica was accommodating of our schedules and agreed to take us looking at those listings Saturday late afternoon.

We met at her office and before we left there she took the time to pray with us which was confirmation for us that we made the right choice. She arranged for us to see the house we were most excited about first. She was very knowledgeable about the area, and gave us great guidance as we went to each property. By the time we looked at our fifth house my husband and I were in agreement that we loved the first house and wanted to put in an offer.

Jessica gave us excellent guidance in putting together an offer and submitted it that evening. We awoke to the news that our offer was accepted. She guided through the due diligence phase and we closed on our home within 30 days. We left closing and mer drove at our new home where we finished just as we started...with prayer.

We are so impressed with everything about Jessica! Everything from how professional she was, her knowledge of and passion for the field, her dedication to providing the best service possible, and her warm and genuine approach to living her faith out loud. We could not have made a better choice in selecting an agent and we are thankful for her expertise, guidance, and her prayers. We could wax poetic about her all day!!! We highly recommend Jessica Cloward and Lantern Realty!!

Jessica was amazing throughout the entire experience! This is our first purchase and she was there to explain everything and definitely fought for us to keep our closing dates when the builders were having delays. Being an active duty AF family, this was imperative as we only had a small window of time to find a house and move in. We were also buying site unseen and driving from Washington state with a baby on the way in about two months. I honestly can’t say enough about her.
