Jessica Coulson (Ciecholewski)

Jessica is thrilled to be pursuing her passion for helping others with their important real estate decisions. Everything she has done up to this point has led to it. After earning a bachelor’s degree from the Cornell School of Hotel Administration and a master’s degree in Real Estate Development and Entrepreneurship from Cornell University, she enjoyed a 10-year career across management consulting and real estate private equity.

While she thrived in the consulting environment, her passion for collaborating with people and her desire to be the master of her destiny prevailed, and in 2018, she made a seamless transition into residential real estate. Having moved ten times in a decade, she empathizes with clients who are looking to sell their homes or make the most important purchase of their life. Her firsthand experience and passion for helping others are what inspired her to go into residential sales from commercial real estate. Jessica thrives on building trust-based relationships and collaborating with clients to support them as they make important financial and lifestyle decisions.

To hit the ground running, Jessica started her career in residential sales with one of the top-selling residential teams in the country. As a team member, she participated in both listing and buyer sales, serving the needs of her diverse clientele at a wide range of price points. She especially enjoys helping home sellers understand how to maximize the price they can get for their home through staging and utilizing an analytical process to estimate the market value of their property accurately. With buyers, her goal is to be a good listener, efficient with their time while ensuring that they make smart long-term decisions with each purchase. Jessica feels very blessed to have collaborated with a fantastic team of experienced and caring colleagues who support her clients throughout their entire real estate journey.

Jessica grew up in Glenview, Illinois, but has lived in New York, Los Angeles, and the city of Chicago her entire adult life. She and her husband had lived in the vibrant West Loop for years with their daughter, Mia, and dog Misiu, before moving to Glenview during the pandemic.

They love all that Chicagoland has to offer, especially trying new restaurants and enjoying the many parks and green spaces throughout the North Shore and city. She maintains balance by playing competitive soccer, enjoying pilates, and when she can get away, exploring the world with her family.
